Have you ever sat on the ground with your back against a tree? It feels amazing and one of my favorite ways to get grounded.
Grounding has a positive impact on the body, your health and your emotions.
Being out in nature is grounding and healing. We need to be grounded for our animals too as they absorb our emotional state and our imbalances like a sponge.
Here are a few simple steps that you can do to keep you and your pets grounded.
- Walking barefoot in the grass
- Being outdoors with your pet
- Just going for a walk
- Having fun in nature
If you can’t get outside, imagine tree roots coming from the bottom of your feet going deep into the Earth keeping you firmly planted.
One of the first things I will check for and correct in a healing session is grounding.
I have often seen irregular energies in pet sessions as well when they are indoor only pets.
In a recent video I showed points that you can rub or tap to help with grounding.

Sometimes the subtle things get the energies moving in the right direction.
I can help you and your pets with grounding and healing. We have just touched on the tip of the iceberg here.
Together we can go even deeper with profound results.
